Petra Peschkes is a German artist and designer. She grew up in the Lower Rhine region and studied at the Düsseldorf Art Academy; today she lives and works in Mönchengladbach. Her work is characterized by highly reduced stick figures, which she uses in paintings, on stages and facades, as well as in edition graphics. For around three decades, she has also designed glass and porcelain series for the Ritzenhoff company.
