The studio founded by Daniel Jacomet in Paris developed the so-called "procédé Jacomet", a combination of collotype and hand-coloured stencil printing (pochoir) for the production of facsimiles of originals. For over four decades, the studio worked for Matisse, Picasso, Braque, Léger, Miró, Delaunay and Cocteau, among others. In the 1950s, pochoir facsimiles of watercolours and nude studies by Auguste Rodin were produced on behalf of the Musée Rodin. The studio is now run by the third generation of the family and is based in Avignon.

In the collection: "After Auguste Rodin_Nude Studies".

Technique: Graphic lithography.
